Following a decade of experience at tier one construction companies, Andrew started Bloc in 2002 (formerly branded Redwin Constructions). He has been instrumental to Bloc’s growth. His diligence and passion for design and construction management, and his strong corporate leadership, have earned him an exceptional reputation amongst clients and colleagues.

Drew has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, having started as a site engineer on large-scale projects with tier one companies before joining Redwin Constructions in 2005. He is extremely diligent and his attention to detail and extensive site management experience is invaluable. Like all Bloc’s Directors, Drew is extremely hands-on, ensuring that the best outcome is achieved for all clients and that no detail is overlooked.

Maurizio has more than 35 years experience in construction and a well-earned reputation for high- performance on all projects. After starting his industry career as an apprentice carpenter and working on every facet of project delivery, Maurizio rose through the ranks to managing many of Bloc’s large-scale construction projects. His extensive knowledge, strong communication skills and project management experience are invaluable.

David has more than 30 years in the construction industry and his design projects have been recognised locally and internationally. One project won the International Project of the Year at the 2015 Building Awards in London. Before joining Bloc in 2013 he managed his own business. David is experienced in all sectors of the construction industry and has worked across a diverse range of projects from prisons and national institutions through to large-scale mixed-use precincts. At one time he managed 14 different architectural firms on one project. David believes good design can solve everything.

Zvon has 29 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting out as a carpenter Zvon has worked for several tier one companies across all aspects of site management. Zvon manages both Bloc’s operational work health safety and environmental management system (WHS & EMS) and site safety coordinators across its active projects. Zvon is a lateral thinker and applies a wealth of hands on experience to the role of safety manager. Zvon leverages his background in construction management to deliver consistency in site safety.

Justin has more than 16 years’ experience in construction and in both engineering services and project management. He is a qualified mechanical engineer, having started his career working for a mechanical services provider before progressing through the ranks to become the Commercial Manager, focussed on overall project design in addition to services delivery. Justin brings key expertise to the Bloc business to deliver large scale commercial projects.
