Bloc Culture
Committed to our People
Blocs fundamental pledge to people, precision & performance is what has ensured successful, profitable projects time and again.
Working closely with a variety of property developers has led Bloc to develop the systems, procedures and programs it needs to successfully deliver quality projects.
Bloc’s repeat business with local clients demonstrates our ability to consistently manage the design, procurement and construction process and achieve outstanding results.
Our accuracy of execution and precision to task means clients can rest assured their project will be delivered to the highest standard. A principled approach to management means risks can be anticipated and managed to have little effect the project, ensuring a successful outcome.
The soul of a small company with the capacity to do high-profile national projects, our directors are hands on and our performance is proven. We bring value to developments from end-to- end, from procurement to delivery; Bloc is on budget, on time, on target.
Bloc
Committed to safety
Workplace Health and Safety is the highest priority for all Bloc Director’s and personnel. Bloc’s Work, Health, Safety & Environmental (WHS&E) management system has been independently certified under AS4801, ISO14001 and by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC).
As testament to our safety commitment, we are proud that when the requirement for OFSC Accreditation was introduced; Bloc was the first company in Australia to obtain it. This external Australian Government accreditation recognises both our efforts and our commitment to the rigorous implementation of our system. Since our first accreditation we continually strived for improvement. Our success has been recognised in this regard because we are classified by the OFSC as a low risk organisation, which means we are granted a six year accreditation rather than the traditional three years with no requirement for a reaccreditation audit.
The Bloc Directors are incredibly proud of the safety culture across the Bloc business.
