Key Responsibilities
- Assist Marketing Director in all business development and marketing activities.
- Manage end to end marketing campaigns and projects.
- Ongoing and effective management of external providers.
- Oversee, monitor and evaluate marketing activities to ensure return on investment.
- Coordination of the marketing process, including all marketing collateral, EDM’s, advertising activities, hoarding, signage, merchandise and project films as required.
- Managing and reporting on all project budget and forecast.
- Provide reports and attend meetings as required by management on any project Geocon is appointed on.
- Attend weekly department meetings.
- Build and develop relationships with internal stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
- Maintain the highest degree of professional standards and integrity.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in time-sensitive environments whilst juggling competing priorities.
- Capture and maintain applicable data into Salesforce and applicable company software programs.
Skills and Experience
- End to End Project marketing experience.
- Previous experience/exposure within a property marketing firm or similar.
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task.
- Take full ownership of tasks and meet required deadlines.
- Ability to identify continuous business system improvements.
- Customer service focused and ability to liaise at all levels of an organisation.
- Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent time management skills.
